This workshop will be organized by the cultural association Hakuna Matata Sestri Levante and will take place on Saturday 11th in Piazza Matteotti at 5:00 PM and on Sunday 12th at the Hakuna Matata headquarters in Via Vincenzo Fascie 77M at 3:00 PM.

In 2015, the animated movie Inside Out was released in theaters.

What is it about? This cartoon aims to teach that joy, despite its positive nature, is not the only emotion capable of giving meaning to life. Each of us navigates through moments characterized by different emotional shades: each of them has a meaning and a function that are valuable for our well-being.
