In the region of Genoa, Portofino and Le Cinque Terre, Sestri Levante is a hidden gem, yet unmet by mass tourism, embraced by two bays with dreamynames: the Silence Bay and the Fairy Tale Bay. It’s the ideal location forunique, prestigious and international events. This is why our Riviera International Film Festival couldn’t choose a more charming setting for its red carpets, screenings, workshops and events.
The beach in front of the Silence Bay, the former Annunziata Convent, the Shell Theater, the Ariston movie theater and the best spots of Sestri Levante will all hold parts of our festival, in a unique setting and cultural context. A12 Highway Genova – Rosignano Sestri Levante exit From Milan: A7 highway southbound to Genova Est, then east on A12 highway to Sestri Levante. From Rome: A1 highway northbound to Firenze Nord, then west on A11 highway to Viareggio – Camaiore, then north on A12 highway to Sestri Levante.
Regional, interregional, Intercity and Eurostar trains: Torino – Livorno – Roma Milano – La Spezia La Spezia – Savona Genova – Bologna (via La Spezia)
“Cristoforo Colombo” Airport – Genova By car: Genova Aeroporto exit on A12 highway Genova – Rosignano, about 60 Km. By train: Genova Principe train station (regional, direct and Intercity trains) and connection with Genova Sestri Ponente train station or the “Volabus” airport shuttle.
